See Tickets has a policy of no refunds or exchanges. The only exception is if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
You do have the option to resell your ticket using their ethical ticket resale service Fan-to-Fan, which is free to use.

Tickets are normally sent in the post to your home address but in the event of short notice bookings arrangements can be made for these to be collected from the tickets office - this will require showing the card used to make the purchase and a unique reference number which will be emailed to you.
